The British Sumo Federation runs a coaching development program for new and existing coaches. We run 2 qualifications, a Level 1 and a Level 2 Coaching Award, which have been constructed in line with the UK Coaching framework.
Alongside this, we run a robust continuing professional development program for our coaches delivered during coaching development days throughout the year.
Our current programme consists of 3 coaching development days, with one each run in the Spring, Autumn, and Winter.
Check our news feed for information on previous and upcoming coaching development days, and contact secretary.britishsumo@gmail.com if you are interested in our coaching pathway.
